Excellent product, extremely well made, and cery versatile. If you are looking for a way to kick up the I tenacity of your push-ups and forearm routine, this is it. Tons of different exercises that you can make better. The included stabilizers that double as forearm exercises are a great addition.

I started using this product and it works great. Especially the engagement my forearm gets while using those grips. My pushups have been harder to do using this material because you get a greater stretch on your chest area. Totally recommend this product to anyone who's trying to get stronger!!!!

When I opened the box I noticed these push up handles were smaller than I expected but, they are solid and well constructed. The rubber rings are solid and can be used as advertised. When I tried them out without the rings they slid all over the rug where I exercise. I tried using the rings as shown in the instructions, not good. The handles rolled over when I pushed. When I do a push up, I push, exercising my pectorial muscles primarily. These handles are not for me. I returned these push up handles.

Other reviews that mention "slipping, sliding, etc.""smooth slippery ... slip out from under you ...""They didn't ..."Not sure what they thought they were purchasing!Of course a Smooth, Rounded, Plastic Bottom will Slip & Slide on a Linoleum Floor. The included 2 rubber "rings" can be used to Reduce slip ... by placing rounded bottom on top of them. Also, pretty easy to use PushX3 on a 2 ft X 2 ft "square" of Exercise Mat (which I do).Or on a Rug.Rounded bottom facilitates constant rotation of hand position ... 50% of the Value of this device. The "Moving" and "Sliding" is something that takes extra Muscle Effort to Control ... and THAT IS THE OTHER 50% of the POINT!

I am a huge fan of the PushX3. They are well made and sturdy, but also light enough that I can still carry them around in my gym bag. I had to start with 10 pushups, both regular and military on my knees, since the instability would have put too much stress on stabilizer muscles. Even if you are used to doing many regular pushups, highly recommend starting on your knees (or against a wall), so you train your shoulder girdle muscles to start firing, and then in 2-4 weeks, incorporate regular varied pushups with these once you feel stable. I originally got this product to mitigate a wrist injury, but have found the workout to be more challenging, more beneficial, more unstable and hence an all around better, organic exercise to strengthen and work the pectorals, lats, triceps, and shoulder region. These in my opinion, when used properly develop a safe and challenging shoulder workout, that is safer in the long term than static pushups.Try: classic pushup, military pushup, yoga chataranga pushup, and the more challenging pushup, with alternating arm raises. Keep your shoulders no lower than your elbows to prevent injury.

Use it daily! Have some issues with my wrist, so the angle on a flat floor is very uncomfortable to me. This thing is build like a tank, works extremely well and I can say from experience better than the perfect push up because it makes you work to stabilize your body as you push up and down which makes it for a yet better challenge. If you can do 25 pushups very well, you will probably be doing 15-18 with this guy, which means you are working yourself much harder!
