I purchased bike bag and was a little disappointed that a portion was discolored. I wrote the company and they had another one in the mail within a few days! So nice to see them stand behind their product. I would order from them again and highly recommend!!

This bag is high quality right out of the packaging. I put in on the back wheel rack in less than a minute, so easy with the Velcro straps. The size is perfect in that it can fit tools and necessities for a ride and then some - if you need to stash your windbreaker ( or two!) after starting out on a chilly day. The inside pocket is large and the two outside pockets are a bonus. The bottle holder is small and smartly placed without taking away from the sleek look of the bag and could be used for a variety of items - the handle on the back is a nice touch. Overall, an excellent buy. I bought 2 bike bags on Amazon, the other one is now a spare as this is far superior in quality, size and the overall look.
