I was really skeptical buying a pre owned item but it was immaculate. I can only imagine it was brand new and returned. The durability is great, zippers zip like a charm, the value for the money was worth saving in a brand new one. Very pleased

So far, love it after a long trip to Portugal and Madeira. Just a couple scruff marks. Lots of compliments. Wheels nicely. Seems decent quality.

Love the blue color! They seemed sturdy enough. I brought the larger one for a weeks trip about 45 lbs worth of stuff. Held up decently being checked - no wheel or outer shell damage. Just some scratches but no cracking which I was concerned about. The handle was damaged but not enough for it to be completely unusable. It was slightly bent but I was luckily still able to jimmy it up. This isn’t a deal breaker as the price point was low and let’s be for real, I think majority of handles on suitcases now a days aren’t as strong as they use to be. After the initial first damage on the handle it didn’t seem to get worse on the way back being checked. Was still able to pull up. Also brought the carry on for a weekend trip and the handle and wheels held up great being dragged through the streets of NYC. Zippers held up.

I bought this for our week trip to Tennessee and it did not disappoint! There are 3 separate sizes which was perfect for our needs. Very spacious on the inside and the straps to hold in the clothes on the inside worked great. They are not as heavy to be moving around as you might think (my 3 year old could haul around the smaller one). I was able to pack our family of 4 in this complete set! Would definitely recommend and purchase again!

Very durable and reliable. I am rough on my equipment and they all have survived thus far. The largest suitcase tends to want to tip whilst rolling it while full. This is a small con and it's the only one I have for it.
