It is tough to know what you are really getting sometimes, just by a picture. I am really impressed with this sorter; it is such a space saver. I used to use traditional methods of storing my wrenches, which took about 2 drawers separating Metric and SAE. Now, both sets fit in this handy tool that only takes up half a drawer in the toolbox. Made in the USA is more icing on the cake!Several reviews mention the auto sort doesn’t really work, and I also concur with this assessment, but it just really doesn’t matter to me. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this easy sorter. I was even able to take those micro wrench sets and just put them in the small cutout. They are rarely used anyways, so sorting those isn’t an issue for me.A great value in my book.

I ordered this wrench tray in red to possibly set up my SAE wrenches in the differing color. I have been using the original Sort A Tool brand (not sure if the Tool Sorter is the same company) wrench holders for almost 20 years now. I was highly disappointed to find the trays have been redesigned. The original organizer has the dividers molded higher up in the tray so they were closer to the box end of the wrenches. The design allowed my Gearwrench X beam wrenches to fit in every other slot, with my regular ratcheting wrenches in the slots between. With the new tray, I can still fit the X beam wrenches in every other slot, but I have to place the open end of the wrenches at the top of the tray. The other thing I did not like is the wrench size decals are already installed on the trays. With the original trays they were supplied as an option you could install if you chose to. I use my trays for all metric and all SAE. I realize these are probably not issues for most people, but it does mess with my OCD. Other than these issues, the trays are very well made of a sturdy plastic, just like the originals.

Works very well for average combination wrench sets (like Craftsman). However, ratcheting combo wrenches (like Gear wrench) tend to be too wide for the slots and may ride higher, interferencing with the tool drawer height clearance. Otherwise I really like them. Very space saving compared to others, durable and very easy to use! I chose a red one for Metric and a black one for SAE. Highly recommend.

Is your shiny big mega dollar tool box a mega mess when every 3 months when you actually have a reason to pull out that 10mm wrench that didn't make it back from the last time you had to clean the terminals on your kids 5 year old car battery that is white with snow on the terminals? Well look no more! This actually does a decent job of keeping the wrenches in order and giving you a clue as to which ones your 16 year old has in the cardboard box in the truck of their car - at least you hope they are in that box.Makes a better gift than another tie because it will encourage the recipient to put their tools away instead of leaving them laying around the carport or kitchen counter. And they are gluten free!

So what I didn't notice on one of the pictures until I got this in yesterday was this thing is made in the USA! I was almost sure it was made in (you know where)! The tray is very rigid plastic, which helps if you're going to tote these wrenches around, but I have it in a HF 5 drawer tool cart and hopefully don't need to ever move these out of the drawer. It fits with some room to spare in one of the left small drawers.I freed up a lot of space using this tray vs the other size small to large wrench holders I was using. Since they're sitting edgewise, they are easy to grab and take up a lot less space. I like the way the sizing is with alternating metric and SAE, but at the same time, I don't like it, and here's why: If you've turned wrenches for long enough, you know that many metric and SAE sizes are interchangeable, i.e., 3/4" is 19 mm, etc. I have a Kobalt ratchet combo wrench set that fits perfectly in this tray. I also have a ratchet combo wrench set in metric from Craftsman that fits too. When you have the alternating wrenches in the tray with basically the same wrench twice sitting next to each other, why should it matter if it's metric or SAE? If it fits it ships, er, I mean it should turn the bolt/nut you need to turn.I have a Teckton impact socket set that reflects this, so I have one 19mm&3/4" socket instead of 2 sockets labelled differently, and others that are interchangeable. ALL manufacturers of tools could learn from these guys! Why am I wasting space and money with 2 exact same sized tools, just stamped differently?Another reviewer mentioned that this tray would be better with the sizes not alternating SAE and metric, but by lining/organizing by size instead, it's quicker to find what you need. Also, I don't like the empty spaces. The description says "holds 28 wrenches."It will, but something WILL be out of order and some spots won't make sense at all. However, we have to keep an open mind. The manufacturer designed and made this to fit in a compact format, and to be able to hold the most sizes and brands of wrenches on the market. I had a few wrenches that were skipped/missing out of the Kobalt set that I already had in another brand combo wrench, but it was a little longer than the Kobalts, but I just had to have the open end tucked slightly under the sizing bar. I personally won't use the sizing bar because I will just place the wrench I got out to use back in it's hole. Most of the markings are visible from the open end of the wrench, but some are a bit obscured with the wrench in the way. This is the biggest pet peave. If the size was on the end instead of under would make a huge difference!Overall I feel this is a very good purchase, but it would work a little better with some redesign or modifications. I feel 19mm should not be the last wrench you can place in this tray either. It will work for me and I like it. Your mileage may vary.

Bon produit, pratique, le seul point que j'aime moins c'est qu'il manque de longueur pour mes clés, mais j'ai enlevé la separation pour allonger l'espace

This thing is awesome. Very well thought out. Do I wish the metric & SAE were seperate, yes, but when you think about it this makes more sense way they made it. It’s designed to hold two entire wrench sets in minimal space possible and that’s exactly what it does. I can read the lables just fun with my Craftsman wrenches. I don’t know what purpose the bar in the front of it serves that the show wrenches on in the picture but I don’t care. Hands down most effective tool organizer I’ve bough and I’ve bought many. I feel like I just got half a toolbox back.
