It is a very good product, but apparently sizing in the rick rack world is not consistent. The original brand we bout was true to the measurement (1/2"), while this brand measures closer to 3/4". Other than that it seems to be a quality product at a good price.

I thought it wouldn't be so wide, it is closer to jumbo size. It's not what I thought I was getting but it works OK.

I haven't worked with it yet, but I am pleased with the quality and feel of the rick rack. I'm sure it will sew on just fine and will not be a problem when washed. After reading some of the reviews on the other brands, I am certainly glad I spent a couple extra dollars and got the "real" stuff.

The rick rack that was on the outside of the spool was filthy. I needed it for a project so I didn't return it but rather ended up throwing a good deal of it away as it was unusable.

I'm happy to have this; but it does fray more than other brands, when cut-that can be dealt with though.
