I really wanted a crepe maker-- but I also want to become a minimalist so this was the best buy ever. I just pour crepe mix on my pancake griddle and this cool tool actaully helps make them roundish. I do also use the Wilton Really Big 1 Cookie Spatula for flipping! We are loving our crepe nights!
