You cannot go wrong with any Wuhan cymbal for the price you pay. The linear smash is no exception. The darkness and trashiness of this thing is comparable to any O-zone or trash crash, FX cymbal in general. The bell is just as trashy as the rest of the cymbal and yields little to no annoying overtones like other budget friendly options. As others have pointed out, it is extremely thin, but with proper stick technique, it can last for probably around a decade if not longer. I've been playing it relentlessly for over a year and haven't put a single crack or dent in it, so that should tell you what you need to know about durability. Definitely worth the money, certainly an amazing cymbal for absolutely any drummer on a budget or looking for a unique addition to their arsenal.

Nice trashy sound the cymbal is thin so u if you want the cymbal to last you can’t hammer on it.. overall good cymbal especially for the price I’ve been using it about 3 months with no problems 💪🏽

This is a really cool cymbal , the sound is perfect for almost ANY style of playing! It has a very fast decay and a dry but ambient roar! Love It!
