It is hard to take the cover off of his calculator and put it back on. This allows him to skip that step.

Bought this cover so my son could put his calculator in his laptop bag. Works perfectly and keeps the calculator protected while in the bag. Does it job. Nice quality. No problems.

I'm making this review so you know - it does fit a TI-84 plus CE (with the cover too)! The person who wrote the review that said it didn't was probably mistakenly shipped the wrong size. It's also as slim as it could possibly get, so perfect for my needs but you definitely couldn't double this up as a pencil case. Oh, and I scratched at the logo for a good 10 minutes and that came right off. And lastly, it came with three velcro strips that can stick to the back of your calculator and stick in the case and I thought that was neat.
