Fit over my Alpine Subs with no issue. Most of these sub cover are standard size, but be careful about the dimensions of the box itself.

They looked good and worked well for a few months but i started to build a more powerful setup and it caused the subs to tear because they would flex and hit the guard beware on higher power/ larger setups

Bought 2 pairs because these are the only speaker grills that fit over my 12" subs (one car got Kicker and other got Pioneer, also not fit over my spare Kenwood 12's), tried 4 different waffle-pattern grills but none would fit over the subs' rim. Obviously waffle ones provide more protection but they never fit (i even tried spacers) so i'll take these bar ones over nothing/no protection

Looked good but build quality was poor.Metal too thin as a result my order arrived bent ĵóto the point of not being able to fit them.OK for a standard speaker but aren't deep enough for serious subs.Overall ok but not what I would recommend.4/10

They offer more protection than nothing and are more sturdy than most cheap grill type covers and they do look good but they leave room to damage subs if stuff were to hit them on the edges. I would not recommend for trunk use if you occasionally use the trunk for storage as something can slide around and damage the edges of the sub. I would think these would be more practically suited for behind the seat of a truck or just for looks with some protection.

They look great. With a nice mat black paint. You should be aware that they are a little shallow. But thats exactly what I was looking for, because I built my box with a flush mount double front panel.

I thought these were pretty much the same as the grills sold on Solen (made by Dayton) but they are different. The height clearance is much tighter and my Diamond Audio TDX 12 hits the grill with only 200 watts going to it in a sealed enclosure. The sub has a 24mm Xmax which is not a crazy amount by today's standards. This is about the same as an Alpine Type R or X.Also, the construction isn't the greatest. Unlike the grills from Dayton grills, the bars are not held together by screws, they are very sloppily welded. They also don't come with any hardware at all.They should work fine for older lower output subs like the ones made in the 80s or early 90s (i.e. old school Orion XTR, Crunch, etc.).
