Works with Windows 11 and is a great value.Must download drivers separately from the internet before to get Win 11 to work easily. There is a large thread about this on reddit. Item was easy to install and both normal and half height covers were included.

Throw the card in the co,outer power up and let the driver install. Within minutes I was having 10 gig transfers from my computer to my severs. Why because I can. It beats having one gig connections and did see the difference when I moved to this in speeds. I have at times transfer 30 gig files, and this helped speed that up.

This is a clone of the old Intel X520-DA1. Drivers were included on a mini-CD and worked fine in Windows 10 with a twinax cable. I did not test it with a fiber or RJ45 adapter. Clones do not work in all products so do your homework. 5 stars for the price and Windows compatibility.

I acquired this card because I was having some network issues and the spf+ to rj45 adapters I was using were getting fairly toasty in a switch with no built-in fans. This card works great with the DAC cables I bought from Amazon. No more connectivity issues (although I blame the spf+ to rj45 adapters). I installed this in a PCIe slot, installed the windows drivers, connected the DAC cable and away it went. I did an iperf3 test (see photo) and got roughly 10Gbps (~9.30Gbps over a few tests). This card might not always get that speed depending on the network traffic, but it is fast enough for my needs. It came with a low profile adapter which is a nice option to have for a thinner server. The price of $40 is fair though with an other chip you might be able to find it cheaper. The only drawback I could say is that it has a very bright green led that might annoy some people, but its fine to me because it is in a server closet. I recommend this card if it suits your needs.

This thing makes my network transfer speeds super fast. I can download and stream without any problems. It was easy to install in my computer. It works with Windows 11. File transfers to and from my NAS are very fast.

I'm using it on a TrueNas Core 13 system with no issues. Drivers were automatically loaded and was up and running with no issues.

Works great. Took about 10mins to find drivers on the web. Just search for X520-DA1 drivers. Make sure you picked wired drivers not the pro drivers. Using Cisco and Precision 10gb sfp’s and works fine. They are older intel cards but they do the job

This card works great as with the Intel chipset, it is well supported on all the major Operating Systems and various Linux distributions. These cards do tend to run warm, so adequate airflow in your case is essential for ensuring a long operating life for this device. This is not unusual, as this is common for this chipset and is not unique to this card. I use mine in my office/lab which means I can use direct attach cables without having to use a fiber or ethernet transceiver. Works great with my Mikrotek switch and other devices. My only issue with this is at the current $39.99 price point, this could be price much more competitively, especially considering it is only a single port card.
