Bought it for my grandchildren as this is their favourite gaming console. They are very happy with it.

I was considering subtracting one star because everything was perfect EXCEPT the controller! However, this is probably just a bad luck/anomaly thing. After using the controller for a bit i realized that the 2 halves of the controller were not attached flush. This leaves a sharp edge around the right bumper. Also, the left trigger sticks a bit at times. It's not a huge deal to me although it does bother me at times. I will attach a picture later on. Otherwise, everything was included & all was great. I found this package to be a good deal. Also, The Division is a fun game! I recommend this package to anyone looking for a 1TB XboxOne. Will leave at 5 stars for the moment.

We are extremely happy with our grade B certified refurbished Xbox one 1tb. With the number of games we load it is better to have a 1TB though it is possible to hook up an external hard drive to an Xbox and load extra content. It works fantastic and I I will be getting refurbished again because it is checked over and quality assured. At first, a few things were missing in our order but we quickly got everything we wanted with this bundle and would definitely re-order. The minimal scratches are extremely minimal and now we are up and running with Xbox live. I ordered this for my husband and he is so excited to have it. I highly recommend it and again am very very happy.

I am happy with the one,, console. The cooling fan is so quiet compared to the 360. I have done research and Microsoft did learn from their mistake s with the 360. The case isn't aero dynamic like the PS4 but with the larger case and cooling design will definitely be better for running cooler, and with the high intensity games of today, that's a huge plus. Kinda complicated,,but it's because it does so much. The newly revised version has truly answered to a lot of complaints since it's debut. Software will be easily upgraded from Microsoft, so will be totally able to keep up with future improvement s. Graphics are way improved from the 360, to match the newer more advanced game's. I'm hoping to have years of though complex,, trouble free gaming, amongst all the other features this unit will give.

Being a seasoned gamer for years, I've owned many consoles (like the old SEGA Dreamcast), including the current Sony PS4.Compared to the PS4, the design of the Xbox one feels old and takes a lot of space in your room. The console itself it's bigger and you even need more space because it has an external power supply.Sony's PS4 has a fancier and finished design, with internal power supply and smaller console size.If you're not in a hurry, I'd wait until the new Xbox One S is released, as Microsoft addressed these issues and will bring a new smaller version with internal power supply and bigger hard drives.Negative: the Xbox controller comes with two AA batteries. You'll have to replace batteries on your controller every time, or you'll have to buy a rechargeable battery pack+charging cable (sold separately for $24.99).Comparing with Sony, PS3 and PS4 controllers already come with built-in rechargeable batteries and the cable is included with the console.Another negative point: Right after I unpacked my Xbox and turned it on, I ended up having a "green screen of death", getting an error message on my screen telling me to call Microsoft support to fix my brand new console.I had to research online about the error code, and found a way to factory reset the Xbox with a USB drive and a .Zip file from Microsoft support website. After a couple of hours of troubleshooting research and tests, I finally got my Xbox to boot properly, and then I could do the initial setup and auto-update (1 gigabyte download)Game wise, I tried a couple of games and they look great. I'd say they match the quality of any high-quality game in PS4 right now.

Everything is great except for the missing digital download. This is some BS I just got this thing in the mail and the full game digital download that was supposed to be coming with it was not there. Am I missing something? Do not buy unless you only want console

Honestly, I didn't care about the bundle aspect of this, but it specifically said it was backwards compatible, was one of the cheaper ones, and had a TB hard drive.Few things to know:1) You will need an Internet connection to set this up2) You will need a Microsoft account (you know the email and such for your live account) to set this up3) It will take a bit (hours) to set up4) You have to install the games into the console (If you can afford it, pick the 1 TB hard drive, so you don't have delete games so often....unless you don't mind removing the games from your hard drive)5) Installing the game takes hour(s), so setting your console to "instant on" while installing the game will allow the game to keep installing even if the console turns off, which could save you trouble along the way.6) It might be in your best interest to let the game install to 100% before launching it even if it says "ready to launch" (some games will let you play a bit before it's at 100%, but sometimes it doesn't want to work....mine didn't when I was trying to get Fallout 4 to work).Once I got it up and running, I loved my xbox; however, since there were so many things I didn't know before when setting it up and installing the game, it was a nightmare. The graphics are much improved, but I don't really care for the layout of the menus (oh well...can't have everything)
