I was already hesitant to buy renewed and only did because all new ones I could find to be here in time for Christmas were out of stock.. being this company had good reviews I took a chance, and will never do so again.The joy stick was broken, did not work accurately. And the back of the controller was white instead of the dark grey like the rest of the controller. I know it is refurbished, but I would at least expect it to have the same color back as the rest of the controller.

I was really surprised when i got today i thought it wasn’t gonna be good but i was wrong it works like new and i read it was dirty mine came out clean that’s why i’m giving 5 stars buys again if i need a new one

Product came as new except for damage to the box. I know this type of thing can be a luck of the draw. Seems I got a lucky draw.

Ok you can tell it is used but over all works fine. Only problems I found was that the battery cover has one tab broken (it still works to hold battery in it just sticks up a little on left side) and the rt button is a little sticky. In the future I think if I need another controller I will buy a new one.

It is a good controller everything works except two things. The left stick you can push it up and it doesn’t work well like in a game if you are trying to walk forwards you can push it all the way forward and it moves super slow that’s the left stick and it also drifts. Than the audio jack is just messed up really it doesn’t work the best and normal wired headphones I have to adjust for 10 minutes before the audio works it’s just a pain. I think a better option is spending extra money and getting a brand new controller from target or a GameStop.
