I sealed my re-built 1947 Chevy Fleetmaster Woodie with this sealer and it is holding up great. Put down seven coats of the stuff. Great to work with.

For my wood boat. You can use their thinner on this also. Use a varnish specific thinner. Not mineral sprits, paint thinner etc - as everything will work better.

Wow...seems much better than any other varnish I've used. 100x better than that thin minwax you buy at the hardware store. Thin the first coat when starting and then you can leave it thicker. Wow, I really hope it lasts...but looks absolutely beautiful (it better for the price!)

This stuff is the real deal, lasts twice as long as the big box brands. Still going to need recoated after several years, but trying some sunshield wax over it to see if that helps things. Only draw back is the price, but it is worth my time to cut down on refinishing the door so often.

I used Epifane to refinish my front door , which had an ugly mahogany stain from the manufacturer. I stripped then applied 8 coats , 4 high gloss, 4 Matte. The door faces west and gets hot afternoon Sun. The manufacturer finish was destroyed after 4 years but 3 years in, the Epifane is still AMAZING! Light topcoat in fall and spring. Love it! Using it on my small deck.

I have wood rails on my boat docks that are exposed to sunshine, rain, snow, and bird poop. This is the best varnish available, beats the socks off Minwax and similar spar varnishes sold at the big box stores. It comes really thick in the can, so I thin it just a little bit with DMVP naptha, but still apply it thick. Goes on like pancake syrup. Have to keep a wet edge and brush it out as you go along. Takes a long time to dry. Temperature needs to be 60 degrees or warmer. But when you finish you get a glass shiny gloss finish that will last the whole year outside in the weather. It is the only varnish that I use now that I have discovered it! After it drys, you can lightly sand with 220 grit (300 works better) sandpaper, then apply a second coat. Put on a new coat every fall and it will look great all the way through the winter. Touch up again in the spring.
