Unable to rate the product due to the fact that my machine still has 25% capacity on the existing imaging unit. I requested an extension of time to mail back the product in the event there was an issue my request was denied. So when it comes time to replace and the unit is faulty I will be out of $200 and some dollars. Not a happy customer..

When I received them couldn't tell if they would fit, even though on the box it stated Phaser 6600. So I waited until I needed to replace one! Today, I found out they aren't even close. Worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon ! I'm unable to return them!

It definitely is the official Drum units, and mine works great and even prints some things better then what the printer shipped with. But the yellow drum has problems and causes a banding effect with anything green or solid yellow. I have ordered a replacement and I hope the new ones are all OK. It isn't anyone's fault and the packaging was fine, I just got a bad drum unfortunately.
