Used like new should have read ‘used doesn’t work’.Have many of these in our home, added this one to a room that needed some help to get good WiFi, bu even in the room next to the WiFi hub this would not connect whilst all our other pods connect without issue.

The wifi extender is a generation 1 model. It's outdated and when you take it in to see why it doesn't work xfinity tells you it takes 3 pods to work for generation 1. No where when you buy the 1 piece does it tell you that it will need a total of 3 to work. Don't waste your money. The return process also sucks.

The light on the pod goes from bright to dim like a lashing light, it arrived in a little box wrapped in bubble wrap no paper work, no instructions and I have a infinity rented modem and it doesn't work, I'll be returning it

Our cable box is down stairs but we were having trouble getting the signal to the second floor. These worked great, great reception if internet speed.
