Works effectively and efficiently - only wish it wasn't so loud, but that's not a big problem. We have a family child day care so the dryer saves us tons of money on paper towels AND your hands FEEL cleaner using the hand dryer! Most of the children love it and are excited about washing their hands. SOME of the younger toddlers are scared of the sound - they eventually warm up to it however.
