I love it! It looks and operates like the Harley tour pack. I had an issue where I didn’t get the key for the lock and I reached out and their support helped me and got it resolved quickly! Happy with the purchase.

Tour pack seems to be fine...everyone compares to harleys price but even a piece of paper with HD on it is gonna be over priced....so its sort of has a good price...seems sturdy enough...none of the marked divits for mounting bracket...rack or seat were perfect but worked...no instructions what so ever...which its not brain surgery but a couple of hints would have reduced install time...the hex head bolts go to the lugage rack and the phillips head bolts go to the bracket...you need to pull the rubber protector caps off the rack and replace with the cushion caps with holes of the same diameter...the seat bolts to the lid not the base...i had in my mind it bolted to the base...not so...i will have to order a stubby antenea as this does not accomadate the factory one...ill update after a ride...

I have not added the rack yet but everything is working. The only concern is how much space is available for passenger. I have the box set back as far as it can go. Just looking at it, i can tell there may not be enough space for the wife. My recommendation for manufacturer would be to make the mounting bracket go back an extra 2 inches for those of us plus size people. This is on my 2024 Road Glide.

This is an excellent tour pack. Great quality and looks great. Recommend using paper guide to line up holes when installing rack.

Product was shipped fairly quickly but was sent in 4 different packages. The only reason I knocked a star is because there was a small dent on the lid but not a deal breaker for me. Mounting was simple. Had to drill holes for the back rest and luggage rack but wasn't difficult. I really like the way it looks and quality seems to be good for the price. I will recommend this product as it is a fraction of the price compared to Harley OEM tour pack.
