  • PRINT QUALITY 600 DPI : Your ID card will be printed using the latest thermal transfer ID card printing technology. This allows us to guarantee High Definition Printing on every order. Your Image & text will be re-transferred on to the surface of the plastic card. ID cards are made from PVC Composite Plastic (Size 2-1/4” X 3.-1/3”).
  • LIMITED ACCESS: The Fair Housing Act (FHAct) allows a person to keep an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) dog in housing with a "no pets" policy, size or weight restriction. However, FHAct only requires housing providers make reasonable accommodations for persons with ESA dog.
  • REGISTRATION to the U.S. Service Animal Registry with your purchase. Registration is done simultaneously as you enter your dog and handler information on our online form. QR CODE READY: A unique QR code is printed on the rear side of the PVC card, when scanned it will redirect to the handler and dog's profile page on our registry site.
  • VISUAL SECURITY is achieved with our Holographic Overlay. This overlay protects your card from scratches, tear and wear. This feature makes cards easy to authenticate, but nearly impossible to forge or alter.

  • Make sure there's enough room in the event that we need to crop your dog's picture.
  • Avoid photos where the dog's face isn't completely visible or is out of focus.
  • Have contrast in your pictures, if your dog is white, don't take the picture against a white background.
  • Avoid busy backgrounds where your dog can get lost in.

I was hesitant to order the ID card because it didn't know if it would come out right not only did it come out right but it came 2 days sooner than what was initially promised. I am SO pleased with this purchase.

The card looks very professional and will work as a quick show where need be. I do wish it had a way to have your ESA letter from Doctor and/or Therapist added as a scan or with the scan and not having to pay an upgrade to do so. In fact it should eb mandatory in oder to buy these badges. The letters are a mandatory contrary to what some believe and unfortunately not requiring that, as you can see in quite a few of the reviews, is giving a lot of people a unethical and not correct way to just pass their pet off as a ESA or Service dog. This hurts all of us that truely do get our pet listed as an ESA and/or Service and trained to behave properly in public and do a specific job.

I ordered 2 cards needed for both myself and my wife. One needed to have her name and number. One with mine. XpressID Reached out to me by text to personally ask me exactly what I wanted on the other card. They made it 100% certain that they would make the card how I wanted it. They were extremely easy to work with while getting the correct information for my IDs.The shipping took a little bit but I was in no rush. However, my review is on the actual product and the quality of itCard is insane. It’s an official card. No questions asked. Very happy with how they cropped my dogs picture on it. The whole thing looks seriously great.

Absolutely love this ID. Although ESA's technically don't need anything to indicate that they are a service animal I wanted one to prevent being questioned when out with him. I ordered this really late at night and was contact first thing in morning to submit the information to personalize it. You have to register your pet with the US Service Pet Registry prior to submitting the info you want on the card if you want a registry on the card. They give you the link to the registry when they send you the instructions on how to submit the info for the ID . Again, it's not needed but I did it just because I thought it made it look more official. I submitted the picture of my little guy and they cropped it perfectly. The holograph is kind of hard to see but it is on there. Looks very professional! Great quality!! Highly recommend if yours looking to make it easy to indicate your animal is an ESA.

1. Great Customer Service very responsive via telephone and their online chat. I intially ordered the ESA ID but after visiting my Dr. I got an updated RX for an actual Service Dog. I contacted xpressid via their chat and the sent me a Service Dog ID free of charge even after they had already printed and sent the ESA ID. So I ended up with one of each for the price of one.2. Ships and arrives quickly.3. Looks proffesional at first glance. Will probably be very helpful in businesses and hotels and just to minimize conflict in daily life but I could see a Apartment complex or Airline Questioning this.4. Laminate does not go all of the way to the edges which in my opinion could raise suspicions for some.4. Printing was Quality ok but I did not like how blurry the Service Dog logo in the bottom corner was or that the Registration number was so hard to read.5. Registry website Should be listed so that people know where to go to look it up. There are several registries and adding tje website would make it less confusing for someone wanting to verify/lookup6. I really wish you would not have put printed by XpressId.net and XpressId phone number. Totally ruins the authenticity of the ADA information printed above.
