I've been using the cable for the past year without any issues. I needed additional length to connect my Sionyx camera installed on my exhaust stack to the screen in the pilothouse. The thin size of this cable made it easy to fish throughout the boat.

This product is superb in quality and exactly as described. The cables are a little stiff (which is mostly good) and therefore not malleable if you want to bend them more than 60 degrees and "hide" the wiring. I would buy them again.

I first tried this cable from my VHF radio to my j pole antenna outside. It worked ok, but the dB loss was a tad more than the RG8X that I had been using. Next, I moved the cable to my HF radio and antenna. There was really no meaningful dB loss between this RG58 and the RG8X on that antenna run - as was to be expected. So, in short, this will work very well for HF radio antenna runs. I plan to use this on my next end fed antenna build for 10 to 40 meters range.
