I am so sad, I REALLY wanted this to work. I am a professional violinist and fiddler. I was so excited to find a wireless option that doesn’t require a permanent installation on my bridge. The quality of this mic is amazing! It looks amazing. BUT I took it to a gig on the day I received it. Only to have it not work. This gig had a professional sound technician, and the mic worked at first, but then kept cutting out and sounding terrible (like super scratchy!). The distance of the connection was terrible, I would be standing right next to the transmitter, and the sound guy would put his hand over it in the air, and it would interfere! We tried every channel and the same thing happened (good thing I brought my backup fiddle!). I figured this was maybe because the gig was outside and the battery maybe didn’t come charged all of the way? So I charged it to 100% and took it with me a week later to an indoor gig, only to have the same exact thing happen again.I’m so sad 😭 I wished this would work.
