Your cart is empty. This 11 gallon per minute hydraulic pump is a must have for any log splitter application.
Fits a wide range of applications, most commonly used on log splitters with a rated force less than 35 TON.
This 2 stage gear pump allows for maximum speed without a loss of pressure. Pump is preset to gear down at 500 psi.
This replacement pump fits a wide variety of log splitters and outdoor power equipment. Pumps work in horizontal and vertical positions.
***Not designed for use with “universal” or "tractor" hydraulic fluid
*** Note: Suction-side filtration should be no finer than 150 micron.
Use of a 10-25 micron filter on the suction side of the pump is too restrictive and will cause failure.
Make sure hydraulic fluid reservoir is not below pump to ensure a sufficient flow of oil to the pump.

All I had to do is change connector. May had been the age of my unit, but all hooked up and runs great, and no leaks. If your connector doesn’t fit tight then you can change it with a brass fitting from Amazon or Ace Hardware.

This is the second pump I installed from Amazon first one leaked in 5 minutes different kind ordered this one installed and it works better than the original one it came with new easy to install and well worth the money so far I would buy again in a heartbeat

I used this hydraulic pump as a replacement for the old pump on my 22 ton log splitter. It fits as advertised and works fine. It uses a 1 inch input hose which was larger than the pump it replaced but it still functions as expected.

Blew the high pressure fitting out the side of the pump head on second actuation of splitter ram. Covered my whole body in hydraulic fluid an would’ve hit me but the fitting hit the splitter frame instead of me.Follow up: The replacement pump requires an NPT outlet fitting. The above explosion is a result of me assuming the factory O-ring boss fitting could be reused. My mistake. Pump works great since I ordered the correct output adapter. Also my factory pump had a 7/16 shaft and this one has a 1/2. So you may need a different drive coupler than your factory one so check it.

At first this was a really good experience. Replaced pump on my wood splitter and it worked beautifully. I was a little concerned with the fit of the ORB/SAE fitting but it seemed to snug up and it sealed. After about a cord of wood, approximately, it blew the fitting out of the side of the pump, essentially destroying the pump because it pulled the threads out of the port. I wish it had held up because it worked really well. I will be buying another pump to make the repair, but disappointed that I need to go a different direction.
