This item is absolutely opaque. It blocks all light out of the room, quite cozy and weighty as well. Hands down, one of the best curtains I’ve ever purchased. Exactly as stipulated in the description. Absolutely ideal. My second purchase and more to come.

These are legit blackout, like fully blackout. I put these up in my bedroom where my only window is on side of the house facing where the sun rises and is brightest throughout the day. My room goes pitch black if I shut the door during daytime. At night you can’t see an inch in front of your face.My window also faces the garage where we have a massive security spotlight setup. It’s easily triggered, even just when a squirrel walks by or something completely innocuous. It drove me crazy trying to sleep while the garage spotlight made the inside of my room look like 1 in the afternoon every 10 mins. These curtains made huge difference, I sleep so much better now.The color (I ordered dark gray) matched exactly as the picture displayed online. They are super soft to touch & look very well-made/expensive, even though the price I paid was super reasonable & affordable. I have no doubt they'll last a long time & wont need to be replaced for many years.It was also really easy to install thanks to those loops at the top. Took me all of just a couple minutes to put them up by myself. I have zero complaints. Would order again if I needed another set for a different room. Highly recommend!

These curtains are beautiful, the fabric is thick and they darken the room quite a bit. This winter they helped keep the cold out, which is why I love them. I want more for the other rooms in my house.

These curtains are well-constructed, thick and with a nice soft feel. They do a great job blocking out light. We live near a highway so noise level can be high…noticed an immediate improvement in noise reduction with the curtains closed. A better night sleep for sure! Highly recommend.

I hesitated then decided to brighten things up and went from burgundy (which I loved) to these cream colored curtains! And WOW they added a much needed pop and I love them even more! They are truly black out drapes w/ an added liner. Because of packaging, they were very wrinkled; I machine washed then dried on high heat then hung them and it worked! They are heavy duty, look gorgeous, classy AND inexpensive! I highly recommend :)

These curtains are thick, fabric is beautiful and smooth. Definitely room darkening and thermal backing! I ordered 3 sets and unfortunately one came that was no where near the same as the other two. They shipped me a replacement fairly quick and I returned the error curtain. I have these in my green house windows, it keeps the cool out at night and really holds in the heat. I hope to but more of the exact same soon for other windows in this home!

Yakamok 100% Blackout Curtains 84 Inches Long, 2 Thick Layers Heat and Full Light Blocking.Curtains are a very heavy, silk like material. They block out all the light as advertised.They were easy to install and look very good. The only issue I have, are the wrinkles. It's very hard to remove the creases, caused by the way they're folded from the factory. Otherwise they're very good!

I like it! Good quality but it’s not enough for my windows to cover all, so I had to buy another set. So I can’t say yet if it’s working for the soundproof yet, because the constitution noise is very high outside the window. Waiting for my 2d set to close fully the window to see the results
