The straps are non adjustable. Material is cheap. The buckles are cheap. The mag “pouches” is just one pouch. No individual pouch so the mags just slide around. SOO many elastic cords that get in the way of everything. It’s not for needs or purposes. Maybe an young airsofter that wants to larp on a budget? I do not think is this police/duty rated.

Shoulder straps can NOT be adjusted, if the shoulders can’t be adjusted then there’s no point to the other adjustments, 0.5/10, the pack it self is made cheaply and all out of thin string plastic 1/10

Don't like the weight or clutter of a plate carrier? This beauty is for you, it fits comfortably, folds down neatly or hangs up for easy storage, light weight and breathable retaining the utility of a traditional plate carrier at half the size. Everything is perfect, kit breaks down nicely all except for the fact if you decide to remove the front pouch you have to take off the retainment bands for the mags, but well worth the moneyEDIT: let me clarify though that putting the elastic through the molle works and doesn’t look bad at all

The shoulder straps cut a bit but that's because I wasn't wearing my BDU's with it. Very nice.
