Yamaha makes some fantastic audio products and these speakers maintain that solid reputation. They sound so good. They don't color the sound with over emphasized bass (cough Bose), or shrill highs (uh huh Behringer) but are a natural true to life representation of the original recording. Yeah, they cost a bit more as Yamaha gear tends to do, but they are less than Genelec anyway and sound close to a $700 speaker.

Perfect Studio Monitor with additional features like Mic & Aux connectivity and treble & bass knobs as well. You can make it a Stereo as well if you buy another one by using balanced 1/4" cablesNote: They are meant for accuracy of sound so not recommended for those who are bass heads and more into enhanced or coloured sound
