We have an old Yamaha 01V96i that we don't use in the main sanctuary so I moved it to a meeting room and installed it into an even older 19" rack custom built in the 1990sFits perfectly and gave new life to this 01V mixer

I was feeling quite sad that my Yamaha o1v96 had to sit on the top of my rack mount, supported by a lowly piece of wood. Many months, I saw it still, not moving, because of the depression it felt. Even the faders were moving slower than when I had first bought it. I decided that a change needed to be made. I bought the rack mount kit and within just a few minutes, life would never be the same again. My o1V96 felt and looked better. It had a glow I had never seen. Without the rack ears, I truly believe that it wouldn't have made it. Thank you Yamaha.

Fits perfectly with 01v96 very sturdy, but $27 for two bent pieces of metal is overpriced.

I was told by Yamaha these would work but they don't. Same great Yamaha quality, just didn't work for my application.
