it does what it says it does. I put mine on synthetic deck treads for drainage. Time will tell.

This is exactly what I needed to put the outside unit of our mini split on our deck, where a wall mount didn't make sense. This is very heavy duty and the unit itself is quite heavy as well. Seems well made and should last quite a while. Perhaps a little overkill for a small BTU unit like mine (11k BTU), but definitely a nice well built unit.
