Easy to assemble. This is just about an inch taller and won’t fit under my desk, but I can still use it in my office. I haven’t loaded it with files yet but it seems to roll very easy so I don’t think there will be an issue when it’s loaded. Though it seems like a good deal, the fake wooden piece did come with a lot of scratches.

It was easy to put together, and very light weight. When using the bottom rack you need to be aware that to reach all the folders you have to access the files from both sides. Loading up the bottom rack you need to be careful to have things balanced or it will tip over. It seems capable of holding a considerable amount of weight as I have it completely loaded up.The top works great for files you need to access often. I did find that I needed to really tighten the top bolts though as the rack has a tendency to turn and this causes the folders to fall.The whole piece rolls easily and has locking wheels. It fits under my desk so it is out of the way.
