1. How to Connect:
The first time you use a controller, you'll need to pair it with the system via a Micro-USB cable(Provided in the packaging)
A. Turn on your system, connect the controller using a USB cable, and then press the Home button on the controller.
B. When the controller is connecting to the console, the light bar starts flashing, you can remove the cable and use the controller wirelessly.
Reconnect: Press the ‘Home’ button to turn on your controller, it will reconnect to the system automatically.
2.I’m having a problem using the Headset Jack.
Please make sure if you have made the setting correctly
Step 1, go to your system.
Step 2, Select Settings > Devices > Audio Devices.
Step 3, Select Output to Headphones > All Audio.

3.How to Reset and fix ?
If your controller won't pair, won't respond, or is displaying a flashing light, You’ll need to reset the controller. To do that, just use a small tool and push the reset button. This will prompt the controller to resync.

Feels exactly like a OEM Dualshock 4 controller. Works almost perfect. Disconnects only once like every 12-24 hours. Just reset the controller with a pin or pencil, very easy. Buy it! Oh and it's very comfy. Like I said it feels exactly like a official controller.

Update 10/25 New controller arrived, is charged and paired to the PS4 but I don't trust that this controller will not fail so it's getting returnedUpdate 10/24: Controller died about 1 week after the return expired. I ordered another but that one was dead on arrival. Controller charged completely and turned on but would not connect to the PS4 so I ordered a replacement. I liked the controller and thought it was great for the price but two nearly identical failures isn't good. I'll try one more time and post another update.Responsive and tight controls and seems to be great for the price. Battery lasts what seems as long as the standard PS4 controller. The standard PS4 controllers give out eventually on the left joystick so we'll see how this compares in time. Heavy playtime on Sniper Elite seems to be working well so far.

This third party controller works just as good, if not better than the original Sony battery last a lot longer than the original connect the same way as OEM it is a little heavier than original and the buttons and triggers are a little stiffer but feels great like it will last a while this is your go too for aftermarket replacement I will 1000 percent recommend this remote

I got this extra controller since the holidays are coming around and want to make sure more people can join in on the fun!. Got it, it worked immediately, hooked it up to charge and it's been working fine ever since...No complaints
