I didn’t like it at first. In fact I started return proceedings. Then I read the directions. Pro tip: Not all electronics operate the same. Even if they look the same. So it was a case of operator error. Once I worked that out it functions fine and the sound quality is the best of a single ear design that I have tried recently. The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that functions are kind of stark. There’s no direct access to Siri or what ever you use on my iPhone. But it will on my iPad. It doesn’t read the name of incoming callers, etc. But, as it stands now it’s functioning well for the basics that I need for work. And that’s what I need. On my time I’ll be in stereo anyway.

The android app for this phone does not work and just minimizes every time you open it. It makes an other wise great headpiece, completely unconfigurable.

Using it for my Teams calls. I have privacy in an open office environment, but I can still hear well and still hear ambient sound. I look and sound good, too. My hair doesn’t get mushed up by bulky headphones.

Has a really long battery life, any others I have tried would normally need to be charged during the day. This one will still have 30-40% battery left at the end of the day most of the time. I'm on the phone a lot during the day and it doesn't bother my ear at all. People seem to be able to hear me. Like that you can adjust the volume right on the earpiece. The only option it doesn't have that others I've tried did was the hands free answering.
