We had high hopes for this device after having deployed Yealink A20s with Teams to all of our smaller conference rooms. After weeks of fighting with this thing and trying to navigate through Yealink's (unhelpful) support, we're forced to return it. Frequent disconnects from meetings, disconnects from teams, and disconnects between the touchscreen and the meeting bar. A full factory reset only resolves it for a day or so before it happens again. Unfortunately unlike the A20, we cannot turn our backs on this thing for a moment without it dropping out.

I apologise for my previous review as it was mistake on our side ( Reception ) . Coming to the point about the device. I would say its amazing quality camera and voice ( mic ) is also good. Only I face issue is how to mount it on my TV properly as Bar is really heavy so its little difficult ( because my TV curve back case ) .
