I still have this as our office phone. We paired it with the Zoom platform and I have yet to put someone on hold and successfully pick them back up. Transferring to cell phones was our goal and we have not been able to make it seamless. Very difficult to use compared to the other office phone systems I have worked with. Combination of operator error, Zoom phone platform, and the interface with this Yealink phone.
