The most common phrase when using this headset is the other person stating they can barely hear me. I purchased this headset 9/22/2023. Sometimes the person I am speaking to has no complaints sometimes it’s such an issue I just have to pick up the receiver to continue the call. This is annoying because I had purchased the headset for my desk at work due to shoulder issues so I don’t have to hold my phone to my ear hours at a time.

This headset is absolutely perfect, I had to buy an adapter so it works with my regular headset jack on my laptop but it really works great! I don't have to worry about the level of charge like I do with my bluetooth headset, the cord is a great length that allows me to step a couple feet away from the desk while continuing my call should I need to retrieve something from my printer or top off my coffee. The sound quality is absolutely fantastic and I have no outside noise contamination on my meetings and presentations now. This headset is a great value for the how high quality it is, if you choose to buy and use it you won't be sorry, it works with a few different models of desk phones making it great for an admin assistant or front desk role but can be adapted at very little cost into working with a headset jack connection so it's usable with other audio/visual tech too.

Works okay. Allows my hands to be free while speaking on the phone. The ear pad is a little uncomfortable, think of the old headphones that you would wear with Walkman's or the $1 headphones from dollar tree – when everything in the store was actually a dollar.The clip for your clothes takes some getting used to, you have to slide it onto your clothes instead of a clip that has a hinge. I wish there was an answer/end call and mute button on the wire of the headset, but you will have to physically answer the phone on the phone itself before you can speak on the headset.Overall it's functional and I'm grateful to have it at work so I don't have to fight with my phone cord but $30 is way too much for this headset.

The Telephone Headset will not work with all landline phones, but works with one of mine even though it is not Yealink. Setup was as uncomplicated as unplugging the handset from the phone body and plugging the headset in its place. The microphone swivels to permit using the ear cushion on either the left or right ear. The band easily adjusts for a good fit over different size heads. The ear cushion is thick and fits comfortably, even over eyeglass arms. The microphone doesn't have to fit too close to the mouth in order to clearly pick up what is being said. Incoming sounds are equally clear. Both transmitting and receiving is improved with noise cancellation technology. My only complaint is not being able to amplify the incoming sound a bit more. I have to listen hard to make sure to hear all that's being said. Even so, having hands free during online technical sessions is a boon.

I have a Yealink handset phone for my business use. It's a model T46S and for the last few years, I've been using a bluetooth headset from Sennheiser. That worked on and off but lately, for some reason, it stopped working. I liked the Sennheiser because it was wireless (no cords) but I hated the fact that once in a while, I could hear people but they couldn't hear me.So, when this headset from Yealink popped up on Amazon, I jumped at it. It arrived today and it was such a pleasure to make calls using it! Yes, it's got a wire connection but it's a small price to pay for a clean, clear connection to the phone. The headset (I have the single-ear version called 'Lite') is very comfortable and the ear cushion is light, breathable and comfortable as well.
