This hammock stand is an excellent buy! It works exactly as expected and very well at that. The quality is fantastic and it’s super durable and heavy duty. It’s easy to assemble and looks fantastic. It’s very supportive and is compatible with various types of hammocks. It is a little large for a smaller medium size patio area so keep that in mind and look at dimensions. Overall amazing purchase at a great price. Highly recommend!

This hammock stand is easy to assemble and when completed it is very sturdy. It does require you to purchase the hammock separately, which costs more than the stand, so be prepared for that. I am not entirely certain of the weight capacity, because the title says 550 pounds and the add photo says 485 pounds. The stand itself is not very heavy, so it is easy to move into position, if you need to move it to the side when not in use. I would have preferred it to come with the hammock, but I am happy with the quality and ease of use of this stand.
