The bar is exactly as advertised - a Swiss Bar that lets you use different grips to save your shoulders and wrists, especially for us middle aged types.The build quality is fine. Definitely lighter than an Olympic bar, so you'll have to do some math to figure out what you're lifting.As other reviews said, it comes with some little metal rings to hold weights in place, but I didn't like those. I used the spring clips from my Olympic bar, and they fit perfectly.The big thing to be aware of are that because it's so light, you need to be careful loading it with heavy weights to avoid it flipping up on you. I just loaded one plate at a time on alternating sides and was fine though.No regrets in the slightest on the purchase at the price point.

Bought this on sale for under a $100 and I am pleasantly surprised how well made the bar is. Solid welds, no sharp edges on the welds and the knurling is very good on the grips. Grip positions are excellent, used it for decline, flat, incline bench, reverse curls and bent over rows. Bar is 82 inches and weighed in at 22 lbs on a home scale. Fits on a commercial flat bench between the pins with no problem. Claimed weight capacity is 400lbs, that ship sailed for me years ago so I cant comment on that claim, but I can say at 200lbs the bar felt solid for a hollow bar. Toss the collars out it comes with and use some locking collars on it.For the money and a home gym it was good purchase.

I have spent tons of time looking at different versions of Swiss Bars. I finally settled on giving this one a try because it was Amazon Prime, the price was excellent, and many of the other premium options had problems as well. I was shocked at the quality when I opened it. Not sure if the welders who did some of the bad jobs people submitted photos of were replaced, but mine look great. I checked the spacing and everything is within 1/8 in. Did a few test lifts and immediately felt it targeting different parts of my chest than my Olympic bar did, with no pain in my sometimes unhappy shoulder. The clearance is great on my Rogue Monster Lite RML-3W Power Rack, and it even can hang on my Olympic bar hanger, if I use one of the “rungs.” Only recommendation is that people use caution when loading/unloading the first plate, as it is light, and lifted the bar at first, since I wasn’t ready for it. I’m used to just tossing plates on my 45lb Olympic, without thinking about it. Will update later if problems arise.

I have a repaired rotator cuff; 3 screws in my cuff and one reattaching the long head of the biceps. As a result my shoulders never felt good during bench and so I would stick to dips and pushups. When I learned about mutigrip bars I really wanted one, but many are very expensive - I found this one that looks like a copy of a more expensive bar - I had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised. It feels great to bench with, I like the widest grip and I am 5'10'' go someone larger might want a longer bar.It does fit standard collars which is great. my only comment is that the end caps are plastic and sometimes start to peel back when sliding the weights off.I would recommend to anyone looking for this style of bar to see if they like it before going with a more expensive brand

This is a great bar, at a great price. I have shoulder problems, and this has been a life saver when it comes to being able to do a bench press without the pain. One thing to keep in mind, since this is a copy of the other bar out there (BOS), the nameplate is meant to signify the front of the bar. However on the Yes4All, it's on the wrong side. Although technically you could use the bar either way, it's meant to be used with the angles flaring out, not in. Take a look at pics of both to verify this. Either way, no big deal....flip the bar around and enjoy the money you saved on this bar....plus it comes with the plate holders. Also, if you own Fat Gripz, they fit perfectly on this bar.

the end caps. where a bit damaged.. the collars would not fit .. had to trim some of the plastic from the end caps to make the collars fit

Experienced lifter here....always wanted a swiss bar to switch up my bench game....Just get it...Very solid well built...I kind of like the light weight..easy to maneuver around...Check pics for dimensions.

Great quality, bar is actually lighter than expected. Closer to 25-30 lbs. over all really great addition to our home gym. Is multifunctional and you can genuinely feel the difference. Got this as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend and he loved it.

I have two different pairs of plastic locking olympic barbell collars. The ones that are a plastic ring with a lever, the lock down on the bar holding the weights in place, then you pull the lever up and the whole ring loosens a bit... The ends on this bar are a tiny bit smaller than regular olympic bars, my plastic locking barbell collars still work great on this bar.Otherwise it is just like everyone else said. I purchased in Jan 2024. May bar has loose metal rattling around inside. It is hollow tubing with plastic end caps. Everything is symmetrical. I am sure it is strong enough for the weight I will be lifting (44 y/0 250lb man).I really like the grip positions. I'm glad the rectangle is not larger than it is over all. I'm pretty sure I'd take this lower quality bar over one with a bigger rectangle, this thing is gonna work pretty easy for me, not much adjustment period.I am adding this to a pretty nice gym I have in my house, two treadmills, a couple mirrors, rubber flooring, titan space saving rack, rackable curl bar, 400+lbs metal olympic plates, 90lb power blocks, jump ropes, battle ropes, etc.... Yeah, I'm bragging a bit but I want you to know where I'm coming from.Through my adult life I've built a few different weight rooms, in a few different houses. I've got a lot of experience on budget builds etc and knowing where to spend money tooI really like this bar, I'm going to use it for hammers, frenchies, skull crushers and some benching too.Good for the money. I don't think I will ever buy a different one.Those cheap metal spring collars don't fit, but if that is what you are using I would throw them away and purchase some of the lockable plastic rings before purchasing anything else. My lockable plastic rings work great on this bar.The metal ring clamps that come with this bar are a joke, they went right in the trash.

Just got my Bar this morning. Very fast delivery. I was so excited, I almost called out of work, just so I can start getting the feel of my new bar, lol. Super Great Value and Price! Feels like this bar is very well made and feels strong. Took a chance being the price was great. I was really worried about the bar being able to rack on my set up. Thank god, no issues and with the reviews and questions, really helped with the correct measurements. The bar has plenty of room to rack on my equipment. I’m getting older and been told this Football/Swiss Bar with Neutral grips is great for my joints. Very Well made, yet very light. Threw on some weights and WOW, I can feel the isolation on different parts of my chest immediately! Joints feel good with no pain, so far. Did 7 sets with 2 45s on each side no problem. By the fourth Set, I was quickly getting used to Placing a firm grip on the handles to keep my wrist from moving around and then I was good to go. BYW, The grips feel really good in my hands the widths are spaced out perfect for me. A Game changer for me and works well for my needs. So glad I bought this bar!! Thank you!!!
