We have prepared ten head sharpened tungsten needles and anti-oxidation housing for your convenience.
When your sharpened tungsten needle is used and no longer sharp, you can use the following types of sharpening tools:
1) Specialized Tungsten Electrode Sharpeners; 2)Sharpener/Grinder Head Tools
3) Bench / Angle Grinders; 4) Chemical Tungsten Electrode Sharpeners
Lanthanated electrodes are popular due to the relative ease of striking an arc and lower amperage required. They perform exceptionally well in both Ac & Dc applications.
Don't waste your time and money by grinding these CNC grinding and pre-grinding electrodes.

I bought this because I am a beginner and I don't have a fancy sharpener. I blunted half of them in an hour of "learning." I have had better luck with 3/32" which I have sharpened (poorly) with an angle grinder and a diamond wheel.You are probably considering these for the same reason I did, so I recommend 3/32 over 1/16 and bite the bullet and get a sharpener or a diamond wheel for your angle grinder, or whatever you can rig to sharpen your own.That said, the container is really slick and all of the points on my set were perfect. Worthy of five stars for sure.

I’m sure these would be great for the Wright machine. However, I do permanent jewelry and they were too long, so I had to return them.

Checked these for the presence of Thorium using Radiacode 102 gamma spectrometer.Thoriated tungsten as advertised. Not fake.Comes packed in nice threaded steel tube.

The electrodes work great for me. The container they come in is quite nice and will get a lot of reuse.
