I ordered 6 mats and 2 of them arrived damaged in the box. One looks like a stitching error and one looks like the glue started to fail. Honestly I’m pretty happy overall, just want to get the damaged mats replaced.

I had multiple customers ask for these desk mats for work. I ordered the package of 6. Do you know none of them worked!!! Every single one of them, had to be thrown away!! I can’t use any of them! I don’t know if I got a bad batch or what, but I’ve been sublimating for over a year now and never had this issue.The first picture is a tear in the mat!!! I pressed it like the entire rest of the mat, and it melted and ripped in that one spot! This is crazy!Then the 2nd picture is, the lettering being faded.3rd picture it didn’t sublimate correctly as there was a crease there.Sad. So disappointed. And now I have multiple customers mad at me! Please fix it!

I work at a sign shop, and I was excited to try my hand at sublimation printing, as a little side project for my designs. I was disappointed to open the box to find that one of the six mats was not just creased, but it's stretched and warped. The rest were creased, but I could heat press the creases out, mostly.After I got over the creases, I laid my design out, ready to get it onto the mat, only to find that the mat was smaller than the advertised 24x14. The actual measurement was 23.5"x13.75," which threw off my whole design, which I had to rework to fit the smaller dimensions. It still worked, but it was just irritating that I laid a design out to fit what was advertised, only to find that it was wrong.

Update: requested an exchange, the new items came quickly and are in perfect shape! Great for cards!Product was good. However, it was crammed into a box so several of the mats have creases and wrinkles that won’t come out. It does not make for a good playing surface. I am getting a replacement so we will see how the next shipment is.

Mats are 23.5 inches by 13.5 inches. Smaller than advertised. Also the arrived with damaged corners and only 5 in the pack of six. Thickness of mats also varies. Some thinner, others thicker.

Definitely not a true white. More like a silver-gray. Still good quality tho, and I will use it :)
