Nice looking, well built. Impossible to identify or operate digital display to access functions. Manual no help and language doesn’t make sense. Called help line and it was obviously farmed out to an outside company reading from a script and no help at all. Told me to call back and get someone else. It does make nice. Would not buy again though.

Having owned this machine now for a few months, and playing with settings, this machine is lucky to get 150# of ice in 24 hours. Whoever thought this could generate 270lbs is smoking crack. We are now forced to buy bagged ice until we can get rid of it and buy something bigger. We have a busy bar and in the morning, the bin is somewhat full. We get it all and fill the bar bins up. For the rest of the day until close, it struggles to make a 5 gallon bucket of ice which is 21# worth. Buyer beware.
