I got these for my Pap's truck so he could tow his camper, and he absolutely loves them, the power mirrors and everything work as they should, and they look great on the truck!

When I saw the price for the two mirrors, less than $100, I though no way, must be junk.I work for a well named parts store. I would have had to pay about $200 per mirror for the Dorman Products mirrors, plus shipping. On Amazon, I could by the Dorman mirrors for about $115 per mirror. When I saw the listing for this mirror set, I purchased them and thought what do I have to lose. Upon receiving them, I was amazed, looked like factory mirrors for a Chev 2500, 3500 truck towing mirrors. Got them installed and work perfect, I hope they last. The value was an awesome purchase.

Nice power mirror, plug and play. No issue with product but GMs positioning of the wires was not the same on each side. Took an hour to do both sides, buy a panel tool if you are going to do it yourself.Great mirrors worth the $$ and way cheaper than factory.

Bought 2008 Silverado. Factory mirrors were fine for most people perhaps.I use the truck in a construction business. The larger mirrors are much better for backing, as I have to do a lot of.Also much better for towing, especially if a wide load with mirrors being extendable. Mirrors are great quality, came with all needed parts for installation. Mine were electric remote and heated. They were plug and play, and everything works as it should.

Very well packaged, would have to be crushed by a very large object to receive any damage fit was perfect, plugged in without any problem, all functions worked properly right out of the box. Cannot tell from the OEM lights both sides color and shape. I didn't check how much a genuine part cost, but these cost about 40 dollars each. Wish I could have bought only one side at a time.

Just installed these on my 2008 silverado 1500, easy plug and play installation, fit just like original paddle style mirrors. Way better than clip on towing mirrors, they're just like the mirrors from a 2500 or 3500. Power adjustments work perfects, lots of range of motion, and the defrost works better than OEM mirrors IMO.

The mirrors at first glance looked nice and sturdy but after inspecting them further I found they had an adhesive all over one of them, the other had a broken post and upon trying to install one I found that these mirrors do not seat properly onto the mounting area of the door. I tried these for my 08 chevy silverado. I would not recommend these mirrors to anyone with an 07-13 silverado because they will not seat down low enough onto your door to keep water and moisture out. I returned these mirrors the day after I received them.

Poor fit at body allowing air gap & wind noise in the cab. Plastic triangle panel was not flat. Tried extra foam but ended up caulking the gap with black latex. A little bit ugly! Going to try heat & bend panel when it isn't -30.

The Good -Great packaging. The product arrives well packaged and protected from shipping damage.Great finish, very nice looking mirrors and they have a great feel. Very solid and good weight. They do extend and are tight all the way through the pull and in a good way. Fit and finish is top-notch.The bad -I was one of the unlucky ones and received a pair with the rotated wiring in the plug, where left is down and right is up, etc. but both mirrors were wired the same, so at least they are consistent lol The passenger side mirror has a pretty good vibration on it and is significantly amplified by pulling the mirror out. It's bad enough at highway speed that I can't make out the car next to me, but at least I know its there. The driver side is solid as a rock, however, so I don't think its a materials thing, I'm just unlucky enough to get both issues with one pair. The overall outcome -Would I buy these mirrors again? Absolutely, especially if you use your truck to tow. I pull a 24' car hauler (28' overall) and these mirrors are a godsend. I'll take a little vibration and funky d-pad operation over the stock mirrors any day of the week. They look right, they feel right, they almost work right (lol) but overall these are a great value. I haven't had a chance to test the defrost feature, but I'm sure it works. These mirrors are everything as advertised, but be prepared to either switch a few wires around or do like I did and adapt. It's not too hard to overcome the difference in direction. I'm not sure what to do about the vibration, maybe stick some folded up newspaper in there to calm it down, but probably just live with it, I only use my truck to pull the trailer about once a week. I'll update the review in about six months or sooner depending on how bad the vibration gets over time.I hope I helped... :-)
