Let me tell you. This outfit was so much better than I expected. I ordered this for my husband for our luxury cruise but unfortunately it didn’t come on time. However we got it in the mail when we got back, so he wore it for my birthday dinner, and he looked so good in it. The quality is amazing and feel expensive . We are planning on buying other colors. His tush look so good. Just get it. I could not keep my eyes off him. It literally made him look like a model. I recommend 100 percent. Pics coming soon.

The set looks nice together. The fabric is easy to wear, breathable, keeps shape, but comfortable. The bottoms were way too big on my son, but he's on the thinner side. Vest works great. We'll just gift the bottoms as a separate to someone who could use them.

This outfit would have gotten a five star review if the Amazon listing had been honest about the materials used. Linen is used throughout the listing which to me means it’s a natural fiber from the flax plant. Near the end of the listing it states Linen Textured Fabric (29.8% linen, 28.2% polyester, 25.5% viscose, 16.5% cotton) Ok, not pure linen, but a linen blend with roughly 50% natural materials. But, when I looked at the labels, I see T69%R28%S3%. A quick internet search found that TRS fabric is a blend of polyester, rayon and spandex. No linen, or cotton! If you were looking for something with even 30% natural linen, these are not for you.Other than the misleading fabric, this actually is a nice set of a waistcoat and matching dress shorts. The material does resemble linen. It has a nice feel and a very uniform weave to it. The pockets on the vest are sewn shut but could be easily undone if you wanted to use them. I tend to leave such pockets sewn closed on suits and vests up until the time I actually want to use them. Haven’t felt the need to open any of these pockets yet. I ordered the dark blue version that looks similar to what’s I see in the listing with my monitor. I wouldn’t call it a navy blue as it’s a bit lighter than what I would consider a true navy. I would say it’s a dark blue. On the vest that I received, the buckle in back wasn’t threaded properly, but that was a trivial fix.I would normally wear a 46”, long if available, for a top and 38” waist on slacks. XL often fits me reasonably well, although there can be variations between manufacturers. I probably could have gotten these in an XL, although looking at the Size Suggestion Table it would suggest a larger size. I’m actually off that table by a few inches. The XXL that I ordered fits fine. The vest is a good fit around the torso, although could be slightly longer (no fault to the manufacturer on this, it’s not listed as a tall size and I’m definitely taller than most) The waist it just a bit too large, but it still looks find. As this is certainly a more dressy rather than casual outfit, I’ll be sewing on some buttons so I can use my good braces with these shorts.This is a nice “linen textured” waistcoat and shorts. Waistcoat could be used most anytime and the dress shorts would work well at a Caribbean resort or on a cruise. I can recommend these as long as you’re happy with the synthetic fabric. But if you were looking for something with even a small amount of naturals materials then look elsewhere.

I'm generally a cotton or spandex blend kinda guy, but I haven't worn a vest for years. So I thought it would be nice to treat myself to something special. This vest shorts combo is definitely something special. At 5'11" and weighing 186 lbs., these are a perfect fit. I also didn't realize how special I'd feel wearing linen. I might just go out and find a linen jacket with a nice dress shirt and tie to go along with this vest an shorts.

What a great fit, and such a nice light blue color! Shipping took quite some time, but they didn't promise me any sooner so I can't be mad about that! Sizing was accurate to the table they had setup. I look forward to wearing this out and about when I am trying to look a bit more casual than "full on business".

I checked the measurements and ordered the 3x, when it arrived I was so happy as the material is very nice and the outfit is stitched very well. Its a very nice looking outfit. BUT it isn't even close to fitting me. The pants are way to small and I wear a size 40 or 41 US but I can barley get a leg in one side. The vest won't close and needs 3 or 4 more inches to even touch. So I don't know if I got the wrong size outfit or what but it isn't close to a US 3x. That being said. Im heart broken because the material and cut is so nice. Its a great outfit. I wanted to wear it so bad. I am giving it 5 stars because of the quality of the outfit but was tempted to reduce a star due to sizing.
