These were good sized and perfect padding for my aging knees as I did yoga. Wish I had bought another set for my elbows, but definitely functioned as I needed. Good price and well made.

I do not regret buying these knee pads. They are not heavy and still sturdy enough not to move or slide. I used the pads on carpet. I can only imagine how they would work on hardwood floors. Size of knee pads are will work for any sized knee elbow or hand

The rubber on these kneepads is very firm. I was looking for something that would mold my knee better. Rather than using for yoga, I might actually use these outside when I am gardening. Rubber is pretty hard so I think they should rinse off easily.Every time I go to yoga class, I like to grab one of the kneepads. I bought this because I was hoping to just take my own. I just think that the kneepads are too firm for me personally
