cute little set, especially for traveling. We haven’t had any problems with the case breaking like other reviews, but can tell it is a bit flimsy. Compared to other kinetic sand, I would give this a 3 rating as it was much grittier and “standard sand-textured” than brand name kinetic sand. Also - the multi color is cute in theory, however, just becomes a combined mess after one play. I would stick to sets that have one color for longer play!

I am not even exaggerating when I say this was so perfect for my kids playroom. They love to play with this set on their sensory table. It comes with everything you need. Even comes with cleaning tools which helped a lot when it came time to clean all the sand. I was able to throw it back into the sand box and not the trash so definitely worth it.

My 5 year old daughter loves sensory bins and she really loves playing with this dinosaur bin with kinetic sand. It comes with a large T-Rex toy and a mix of about 12 small dinosaur toys. There are several tools like a shovel and plastic scrapers and molds to use with the kinetic sands. There is a tree and foliage to decorate the bin for the dinosaurs. It even comes with a cute small dustpan to clean up sand spills! I noticed that the kinetic sand was a little dried out when we first opened the package. This is easily fixed by adding a couple of drops or sprays of water. The kinetic sand feels soft again.

This kinetic sand kit is so darn cute I can hardly stand it! First of all it is pink, and all the fun things inside come in a bunch of individual plastic bags which in my opinion, makes it like several more gifts to open.We already have 2 of these kits with a construction theme (all the diggers, trucks, road signs, etc.) for the now 6 year old boy, and while the grandkids love it, I wanted something more ‘girly’ for my grand daughter who is 2 1/2. We do this activity outside on the picnic table where we can keep the loose sand contained but my son also does this at his house on the kitchen bar area.I love allllll the things in this kit, but especially the little dust pan and hand broom. This kit is packed to the gills with 5 different colored bags of kinetic sand (that kind of clumps together), molds, cookie cutters, shaping tools, a rolling pin, charms, a cookie sheet, donuts and other plastic pastries, etc. And yes, eventually all the colors of sand will get mixed together, but to start out with, this is especially enticing.This is a GREAT kit and most likely will be a 3 year old birthday present. By the way, when we do this inside we set it on a large rimmed cookie sheet to help contain all the pieces and dropped sand. I would purchase this again in a heart beat!! Oh, and the lid snaps on very securely!

The product itself is very cute. It has man things for kids to play with, for all age groups. However, Christmas morning when my daughter opened it there was sand inside and a bag with a hole in it. The sand was incredibly dried out and clumpy, it's just clumps and flings around easy, unlike kinetic sand. Very unfortunate.

I got this for my three-year-old twins. They absolutely loved it and had so much fun with it. I love how it comes with a container that seals so we can play with it whenever we want without the sand getting hard or all over the place. This kept them occupied for quite a long time.
