Over all it’s a great pan ok for value I use it for tempura chicken mostly but we are a family of 5-6 so find it a little small I can get 4-5 strips of chicken in at one time the only drawback is I find the lid awkward to lift out food so I remove when cooking but overall it’s t’s a great pan just wish it was a bit bigger

This is just what I was looking for. The size is small. I would say if you were going to make donuts you would be able to put 3 in at a time maybe 4. It has the thermometer with it that you just put in the hole so it says at the same temperature. The lid has an opening where you can put the little rack on it so you can put your food right on the lid and it drains back in to the pot Very easy to store because it’s small. I love it!
