The size is nice and holds my dies with no issues. The dies are on very snug, so you do have to give a little effort to get them off, but not too much. You must snap the closer to the front flap once inverted or this will not stay in place to stand. See second picture. The magnet sheet is only secured at the bottom. Not sure why that is, but would be better in my mind to be more secured. It was stiff to bend back all the way the first time, but all in all this is useful for dies. Especially those sets that either have a lot of pieces or are tiny. Also, good for traveling if you only want to take a few with you.

This magnetic die stand is a great find for craft storage. At 8.1 x 6.1 inches, it's on the smaller side (I initially missed the dimensions), but it works perfectly as a desktop organizer while mid project. The magnetic sheet is strong - I've tried it with various die sets from different name brand and discount store dies and they all stuck to the magnet sheet.Quick note about the material: while the title calls the case leather, it's actually PU leather (faux leather). That said, the quality is nice - no weird smell, good texture, and it seems durable. The folder-style design makes it easy to keep tabs on dies while using them and it quickly folds away when not in use.If you're looking for a sturdy, compact way to organize your dies, this works great. Just double-check the size before ordering to make sure it fits your needs.

This is a great little die cut stand. It’s made of PU leather and strong ferrite magnetic sheets. It has snaps to make it into an easy access holding stand and also a closed folder to carry and keep your die cuts organized and secure. Its approximate size is 8x6 inches making it a great choice for my small dies. It’s sturdy, durable, and a great product.

The fear of losing those tiny metal dies during a craft session is real! For quite some time now I’ve been using a round magnetic dish (made for mechanics) to pop my dies in as I craft with them. It works fine, but I’ve really been wanting something that would stand up & be more convenient. This little stand is perfect! The magnet is really strong & my dies don’t fall off. I love how it folds up & is easy to tuck away in a drawer or small storage space when not in use. I even discovered an unmentioned bonus! The top of the magnet was not stuck down on the back, so I was afraid it was a flaw in the manufacturing, but it just so happens to be the perfect place to store the die set storage envelope so it doesn’t get buried under craft supplies, or you could tuck paper scraps or other thin supplies behind there. It ends up being pretty handy!

I'm a cardmaker who's busy every day and use a LOT of dies. I keep my die sets on magnet cards already but what I really find this helpful with is separating dies while I'm working on a card. For example, yesterday I made a card with two different sizes of lilies. It was useful to put the several dies for the small flower on this holder while leaving the large flower dies on the storage card. Then I didn't mix them up while making the card. It proved to save me time too. The magnet is quite strong and the leather-like case is sturdy. I like that it can stand up so I can keep it in front of me and not be concerned that my dies will fall off. This is proving to be quite useful.

I received this through amazon vine in exchange for my honest review. I am an avid card maker and work with intricate designs for my multi-dimension mixed media cards. I selected this product as I often find myself searching for the die cuts for the cards I am in the process of making. From the picture showcased, I had mistakenly believed both sides of the stand were magnetic but only one side is. I will be adhering one of my magnetic sheets to the other side so that both sides can be used to hold my die cuts. As for the strength of the magnetic sheets on the stand, it is strong. It easily holds my small and large diecuts. The case itself closes so that you can easily travel or pack up supplies while in the middle of a crafting project. The case cover snaps to the base creating an A frame stand making it easy to access your die cuts on the fly.I do recommend this project to crafters working with die cuts as it’s an easy way to keep track of your intricate pieces and see them at a glance. I just wish they made both sides magnetic.

Im very happy with this item. While im working on making a card, im forever losing the dies I have out to use.This keeps them right where i can find them. It stands well using the attached strap and doesn’t take up a lot of room on my table.
