We’ve been through several pairs of these as my son is grown up. He plays baseball year round. As a catcher he is required to wear a cup. These biker-style undies are great. Really silky and durable. They get a work out from my son as a catcher and a kid who slides (even when he doesn’t have to). It come with a soft shell cup that my sons Nick prefers as it is flexible, has soft edges and still protects the jewels. Through many washes and soaks in Oxy they look great and have worn well. Buy with confidence.

Ordered the "Youth XL" for almost 14 Y/O son with ~28" waist. Shorts fit well, cup is a bit too small for him. Looks like another cup size could be easily inserted in the pouch. What can be said... large package?

I purchased this for my son who is in martial arts. We wanted something he could comfortably wear that was also easy to put on. We decided that the athletic cup with the shorts would be a good fit. We chose this one based on all the positive reviews and the soft lining of the cup made it much more appealing. The shorts fit as expected. I would suggest measuring around the waist and ordering according to the size chart provided, it is accurate. The insert is a hard shell cup for protection but has a softer lining to protect the athlete and keep it comfortable. Very satisfied with this product.
