This shirt works great to absorb the impact during sports. My son play lacrosse and football. He wore the shirt today during practice and felt so much better after playing. No pain in his ribs. The fit is true to size.

Quality is comparable to name brand compression pads. The fit is the same as the leading store brands too. The pads aren’t cheap or uncomfortable, and they’re positioned in spots that will actually protect.

Got this for my 7 yr old son, who plays baseball, flag football, and soccer. These are nice because they are padded, but not too thick, just about right, I would say. He has only wore them once to his football practice, but said he liked it and it didn't make him hot or anything. Ordered him a small and it fits pretty good, not really compression, but not loose, looks good.
