Had a snag getting this product but the company stood behind my choice and resent me an axle (never received the first one - lost in shipment). After receiving, and removing my Mule 3010 axle in which had a blown CV boot and outter CV, I sat them side by side. This unit is physically heavier, the axle itself is slightly larger in diameter. The bearings....well they are bearings, not my brand of choice but havent had any issues after install. I will say, this is about a 2.5 to 3hr job with bearings. I recommend using a ball joint separator (highly recommend) I use an 8 dollar one i had from HArbor Freight and in 15 seconds boom joint was separated. I will be replacing the other side with this brand/model when the time comes. Bearings.....time will tell.
