You need to install the bolt and tighten with skinny nut then install spacer and then roller then nut and only snug down the roller side nut to keep the roller free spinning.

I bought this to replace a slack adjuster on a customers mini bike it seems to built good and works as it suppose to now I can't tell you how long it will last because it's only been on about 2 weeks but it has been run for probably 25 hours and no problems so I'm going to assume it will do fine and Lilongwe as you keep the bearings maintained
