Q1: How to buy a replacement battery for your laptop?
Method 1: Use System Information to find your laptop model
· Step 1: Press Windows + R to open Run window.
· Step 2: Input "msinfo32" in the empty box and click OK to open System Information.
· Step 3: Keep in the System Summary section, and you will find the System Model item in the right pane.
Method 2: Remove Battery from Laptop to find your laptop battery part number
· Step 1: Switch off the laptop and unplug the power cable in case of electric shock
· Step 2: Remove the back panel with the screwdriver. You should to this with care avoiding any harm to the laptop components.
· Step 3: Disconnect the cable connected to the battery and then take out the battery. After that, you can check the specifications of your battery.

Edit: The seller has given me a refund with my displeasure with the product. I am very happy to have this experience with this seller and would overall recommend this brand, if not solely for the customer service!My window to return has closed, so my loss is hopefully your gain. Garbage product, might work initially, but the battery drains quickly. A genuine battery (or buying it at a physical store) will be your best bet.On the plus side, it fit perfectly back in the laptop!

Like others reviewing this battery, mine loses power in about 2 hours. CrapAfter my negative review of this product, the company contacted me and gave me a full refund and that was 6 months after my purchase. Now that's customer service.Thank you Yongerwy

This battery worked great for a few months but after 4-5 months the battery began to start draining very rapidly. Disappointed.

10 yr old Toshiba laptop had to be plugged in 24/7 to keep it charged so I could use it. Had this replacement battery installed and my laptop is up and running perfectly. Only plugged in at night to recharge. Absolutely wonderful move buying this battery :)

***Yet another update*** after the last update I was contacted by the seller asking what they could do to make it right. After being offered a refund, I just asked for another battery. I had chosen this one based of of reviews and for the most part they were great. Customer service was outstanding and I can't wait to get the new battery. My laptop is my lifeline for work. I greatly appreciate them reaching out and trying to make things right.***Update*** it's about 5 weeks since I installed the new battery and I'm right back where I started. As soon as I unplug my laptop from the charger, it dies again. Can't say I recommend this at all.Worked perfect for my Toshiba Satellite. Easy installation. My laptop would instantly shut off every time it was unplugged. Switched out the battery and it's as good as new.
