Easy. Literally it's already together except the ropes. Slide it up under a chair in the living room, you cannot see it, and it is simple just get on and walk, very easy to use.

Had a few surgeries done and was laying still for a few months. This was great as a tool to get started on my workout journey. However, the stranger I got the longer I would use it but it gets noisy after 5 minutes I am seeing metallic residue due to drinding metals, this shows that it was poorly made. However, if you need a starter workout and can play music over the squeak then it will work.

Take it out of the box and start working out! No assembly required and this little gem works. I started with 7 minutes within a few days I was up to 20 minutes now I’m up to an hour 3 times a week! Highly recommend!!!
