Strong Silicon Adhesive Protection

No residues left after you peel them off and they always holds tight throughout the tape’s rated temperature range.

High Temperature Resistance

Heat resistant tape is a polyester film tape with a high temperature resistant adhesive. Polyimide polymer films provide great insulation and protect the nearby component from excessive heat from the hot air rework.

Heat Tape

Why do we choose this tape?

  • Heat transfer tape is a polyimide film tape with a high temperature resistant adhesive.
  • It's a heat sublimation tape for heat press,it's really indispensable when sublimating and the tape can do the job very well.
  • It is a must have if you make shirts, hats, or anything with htv or sublimation.
  • This is a very good tape width for use. Not too wide, and not too narrow.
  • The length of the tape is really long, and the tape rolls looks very “strong”.

No Residue

The heat-resistant and strong silicone adhesive makes the heat transfer tape easy to stick and no residue after peeling off.

sublimation tape

Cricut heat resistant tape is widely used in various industries

  • Suitable for wave soldering shield of electronic circuit board, gold finger and electrical insulation, motor insulation, and positive and negative pole of lithium battery.
  • Ideal for protecting sensitive printed circuit board components such as gold leads and gold fingers during the process of wave soldering.
  • Also extensive use as electrical insulation for transformer, motor, coil, capacitor and frequency conversion power supply in electronic industry.

Nothing to say, but it works.

The description photos show that the tape is about 2x the thickness of the white carrier form. What was received was that the tape depth on the carrier was only about 2/3 the thickness of the carrier form. That adds up big shortfall of tape compared to the photos. On the other hand I set my soldering iron to 270 C and it seemed to pass that test. Performance was also satisfactory on a piece of tape attached to a bare copper PCB being soldered on. Temperature was about 600F or 316C. Adhesion also seemed good enough.I have no idea on heat press performance, esp with adhesive residue. With multi sizes for the price its not a bad deal but I just had to mention the thickness per roll seemed short.

The tape is heat-resistant and leaves no residue, making it perfect for securing sublimation transfers during heat pressing. It adheres well to different surfaces and withstands high temperatures without peeling or lifting. The tape's quality ensures that my sublimation prints stay in place, resulting in crisp and clear transfers.

This is an inexpensive package of kapton tape in 5 different widths.I do a bit of work on my handheld gaming devices (Game Boys and such) a few times a year, and this stuff comes in handy for creating an insulating barrier between electronic components. Honestly, there's enough tape in this pack that I probably will never need to purchase more.

This particular brand of heat tape isn't the best I have used. It does curl off the ceramic mugs if a complete wrap isn't done or shrink wrap put over the top on tumblers. For adhering sublimation images on shirts to hold them still so no ghosting happens when you lift the press, it works great. I do prefer a heat tape I can use on everything rather then just one type of blank though so I'd most likely not repurchase.
